We are aware of an issue within STRATA where users are able to log in to OneStrata Production, but encounter the error message "No Valid Roles Associated with the Account" when attempting to launch Traditional Applications such as VIEW and SBMS through AppStream.
Our Engineering team is actively investigating the issue and working urgently to identify the root cause and restore access to affected applications. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
UPDATE- RESOLVED
The issue affecting access to Traditional Applications (VIEW and SBMS) has been resolved. Users should no longer experience the "No Valid Roles Associated with the Account" error when launching applications.
