Incident Name: API reporting Issue
We are currently observing that a few of our clients are being impacted by an API reporting issue. Calls to /rest/v2/reporting/run-query are returning 400 errors with a reporting permissions–related message. Authentication requests continue to succeed; however, the report initialization step is failing.
Our engineering team is treating this issue with the highest priority and is actively investigating the root cause. At this time, we do not have an estimated time to resolution, but we will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
