FreeWheel Support Options

There are several ways to get the help you need when working in the FreeWheel applications.

 


Support Portal and Knowledge Base - freewheel.zendesk.com


FreeWheel's Support Portal provides access to help documentation and training videos on all
applications. Articles can be accessed through the Knowledge Base using the menus or our
search bar. Articles can be saved as a PDF or URL links to articles can be sent for future
reference.

In the Support Portal, click Sign In on the top-right corner.

 

Enter your company email address and click Next.

 

Enter your password in the Password field and click Login.

 


Submit Support Ticket Through our Support Portal

 

After logging into the support portal, click "Submit a request".

 

In the Submit a request page, select the "STRATA Support" option.

 

Enter questions or issue details directly onto the request. The more details you include, the easier it will be to quickly resolve the issue.

 

Remember to enter relevant buy details in the Campaign/Estimate Details field at the end of the Request form. Attachment can also be applied to the request by using the Add file option or simply dragging & dropping into the request.

 

Once the ticket is submitted you will receive an email along with the ticket ID and can track updates through "My Request". Someone from our Client Service Team will reach out to with a resolution or further questions if needed.
