Electronic RFP v3.1 to 4.0 Highlights

Electronic RFP v3.1 to v4.0 Highlights

v4.0

  • Branding update: The user interface has been updated for all users.
    • The teal toolbar across the top of the application has changed to white.
    • Teal buttons and accents have changed to blue.
    • The font has changed to Roboto.
RFP UI

  • Add Vendors: An option was added to allow a user to select or modify the market associated with a vendor. Clicking the (Change Market) hyperlink changes the Market name into a drop-down, allowing the user to select the desired market. After a market has been selected, the Market dropdown reverts back to the selected market name.
RFP Change Market
  • When the market is changed for a vendor, the new Market-Vendor association only applies to the specific RFP the change was made to, and is not saved in the system for pre-existing RFPs, or future RFPs.
  • If an incorrect market association exists immediately after a vendor is added to the RFP, please contact FWA Client Services so a platform-wide correction can be made for that vendor.

v3.1

  • Videa: An ‘Apply SBMS Goals’ button was added above the daypart goals grid that is visible when an Estimate is defined for the RFP. When selected, SBMS market goals are loaded to the data grid where applicable.
RFP Videa Apply SBMS Goals
Additional details are as follows:
  • If no SBMS goals will be applied, the following message is displayed above the data grid: No corresponding SBMS markets or daypart goals were found for the selected Estimate and Videa markets.
  • If any daypart goal exists for 30 seconds, all/only 30 second goals are loaded for the market. If no 30 second goals exist, but 15 second goals do exist, then all/only the 15 second goals are loaded for the market. Goal lengths other than 15 or 30 seconds are currently excluded from consideration.
    • When multiple goal lengths exist, the following message is displayed above the data grid: Videa RFP requests are currently limited to one length. Only 30 or 15 second goals would be loaded.
  • Videa: An ‘Include Sports with Prime’ option was added to the Request Details section of the screen.
RFP Videa Sports
  • When selected, if a row exists in the DP Code column for PT (Prime Time), the RFP sent to Videa will include a request for Sports programming as well, without requiring the user to add an explicit row and goals for Sports. The setting is remembered per user and is disabled by default.
