If you are not receiving e-mail notifications from AEInbox, please go through the following steps:
1). Check your spam/junk email inbox and see if those emails are there. If they are here, right-click on one of them, select Junk E-Mail, and then select Add to Safe Senders list. If they are not found in spam/junk go to step
2). Manually add 11AEDoNotReply@stratag.com and 11AEInbox@spotbuyspot.com to your Outlook Safe Sender's list. You can do this under Actions | Junk E-Mail | Junk E-mail options. Try resetting the password again after you do this. If you don’t use Outlook, consult your mail software support folks and ask them how you can add an email address to a safe senders list.
3). Contact your IT people and ask them if they are blocking either @stratag.com or @spotbuyspot.com. If they are, they need to unblock them asap in order for you to receive those notification emails.
