Problem
User selects traffic instructions and clicks the Confirm 'thumbs up' button, receives the Confirm Instructions pop-up and clicks the Confirm button, but the traffic instructions remain in the Inbox.
Solution
- Verify the 'Only Show My Instructions' check box is selected on the user's AEInbox for Traffic interface.
- Check the 'Only Show My Instructions' box if it is not selected and determine whether the traffic instructions remain on the display.
- If the instructions are not on the display, the user needs to contact the agency and ask them to resend the traffic instructions adding them as a recipient.
- Once the agency has resent and the user sees the instructions when 'Only Show My Instructions' is selected, the user should be able to successfully confirm the traffic instructions.
With existing behavior, a user is unable to confirm traffic instructions that are not assigned to them.
RULES:
- If the ‘Only Show My Instructions’ box is checked, the user should be able to confirm any traffic instructions in the displayed list.
- If the ‘Only Show My Instructions’ box is unchecked, the user can view related users’ instructions, but they cannot confirm those instructions.
