UPDATING YOUR STRATA FTP PASSWORD

Your STRATA FTP Password will be updated a few times per year. Generally, there are 4 areas where this Password is required for access: Market Profiler , Gatherer FTP , ftp.stratag.com , and VIEW's Auto Survey Installer (Non-Hosted / sCloud Clients only). Users who are signed up to be Data Contacts will receive the new Password via email from STRATA Data Services.

Market Profiler

1. Browse to http://www.gotostrata.com/mkt_pro/
2. If the previous Password was saved by the web browser, you may receive the following error  Your login attempt was not successful. Please try again.
3. Enter the FTP Login and new Password provided in the email from STRATA Data Services.
   Note: Passwords are case sensitive.
4. Click the Login button to log into Market Profiler with the new Password.
   

Gatherer FTP

1. Browse to http://gatherer.stratag.com/
2. If the previous Password was saved by the web browser, you may receive the following error  FTP login failed! Choose Try Again to enter the new Password.
3. Enter the FTP Login and new Password provided in the email from STRATA Data Services. Optionally, enter a Remote Starting Directory and/or a Local Starting Directory.
   Note: Passwords are case sensitive
4. If you don't have the password, choose the Forgot your password? link. Note: The Password can only be sent to those who are signed up as Data Contacts.
5. Click the Log In button to log into Gatherer with the new Password.
   
    

STRATA FTP

1. Within Windows Explorer or an Internet Browser go to ftp.stratag.com .
2. Enter the FTP Login and new Password provided in the email from STRATA Data Services.
   Note: Passwords are case sensitive.
3. Optionally, choose the Save password check box to remember the password for the next time you log in.
4. Click the Log On button to log into STRATA FTP with the new Password.
