CLICK IT RADIO
CLICK IT RADIO is your direct connection through Eleven to radio stations, even those that aren' t located in a traditional DMA. With CLICK IT RADIO agencies can search for stations, download avails and import into VIEW. Orders can be sent electronically via Eleven. From start to finish the whole process is paperless.
- Open your internet browser and login to Eleven. Click on the
CLICK IT RADIO link located in the upper right hand corner.
- The Welcome to CLICK IT RADIO screen is displayed.
Begin your search for stations that meet your criteria - click on .
Search criteria options include: Location (i.e. State, Area) and Coverage Area (i.e. County, DMA, Zip Code). Additionally you can filter by Station Format.
- When searching by location, you are searching for stations according to the station's location.
- When searching by coverage area, you are searching for stations according to the station's covered area.
The example below is a search for Radio stations within a set of zip codes - all station formats.
You can select stations individually or select all.
Clicking on any of the call letters will take you to a detail screen for that station.
Details may also include a station coverage map for FM stations.
- To download the .xml file that can contains the station avails to be imported into View, make your selection and click
. Click the Save button to save the file.
Take note of the location where you choose to save the file.
- Open VIEW.
- To import the XML file into VIEW, start from either a grey screen or with a blank scheduler open (survey must be blank). Go to File | Import, and select SpotRadio XML orders (*.xml).
- Browse to the location of the saved *.xml file and highlight the file to be imported . Click Open.
- VIEW will open the Survey Selection dialog box. Select the market survey (nearest DMA or Unmeasured Market), and click Add to place it in the active list. Click OK.
VIEW automatically populates the default Scheduler with the Station information from the *.xml file.
- Now you may begin the process of completing the schedule, turning it into an order and submitting to SBMS for upload to Eleven - i.e. add a demo and update the calendar section, enter spots per week, etc.
If you already have a campaign in VIEW and would like to add/copy the current station schedule downloaded from CLICK IT RADIO:
- Open the saved/existing campaign and choose Add to Current at the lower right of the Open dialog box.
- Add a blank station by highlighting one of the existing stations and clicking on the toolbar either

depending on the order in which you would like the station to appear.
- Toggle to the CLICK IT RADIO station schedule, highlight and copy the Station schedule.
- Toggle back to the other scheduler, highlight the blank station that was added in step 2 and paste.
