The following steps serve as a guide in gaining access to an agency FTP through the URL ftp://ftp.stratag.com while using the File Explorer application in PC computer.
1. On the Windows taskbar, click the folder icon.
If the icon is not available, search for the File Explorer application.
2. On the File Explorer window, click the address bar.
3. Type ftp://ftp.stratag.com and click Enter.
4. On the Log On As window, enter the agency's four-digit username, password, and click Log On.
5. The agency FTP will open afterward. If you do not have FTP credentials, submit a support ticket through support.gotostrata.com or call Freewheel Client Services.
