Updating Passwords

Follow the steps below to update your passwords or generate new passwords for the AppStream, Eleven, RFP, and sTraffic websites.

AppStream

AppStream Change Password

1. Login to buy.gotostrata.com, click the Profile icon in the toolbar, and click the Self-Service Password Reset.


2.  A page will load displaying three options.

3. Click Change Password.


4. Type in your email address and your current password. 


5. Follow the password policy requirements below and type in your new password and then confirm your new password.


Password policy requirements
Be at least eight characters in length
Cannot contain your first name or last name
Contain characters from three of the following four categories:
  •  English uppercase characters (A through Z)
  •  English lowercase characters (a through z)
  •  Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
  •  Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %)

6. You password has been changed.
 

7. Log into buy.gotostrata.com with your new password.

Note:  The FreeWheel Support Portal (support.gotostrata.com) uses the same password as buy.gotostrata.com.

 

AppStream Forgot Password

1. Navigate to buy.gotostrata.com and click 'Forgot Password?'.


2. The Forgot your password? page will allow you to enter your email and click Submit. An email with a new password will be sent to you.


 

Eleven

Eleven Change Password

1.  Log into Eleven (www.11orders.com) with your current Username and Password.

2.  In the top-left corner of the screen, select your name.

3.  In the Change Password window, type in your old (current) Password.  Then, enter a new password and confirm the new password by entering it again.  Select OK to save the new password or Cancel to cancel the change.

 

Eleven Forgot Password

1. In the instance that you forgot your password or cannot login, choose the Forgot your password? option on the Eleven login screen. 


2.  Enter your username or email address to generate and click Generate and Send to send a new password to your email address.

 

sTraffic

sTraffic Change Password

1.  Log into sTraffic (http://straffic.gotostrata.com) with your current username and password.

2.  Under My Account, click Change Password.

3.  In the Change Password window, type in your old (current) password.  Enter a new password and confirm the new password by entering the password again.  Click Submit to save the new password or Cancel to cancel the change.

4.  If launching sTraffic from SBMS, you will be prompted to update the password upon selecting the sTraffic link in SBMS.  From the sTraffic User Registration window, click Existing<<.

5.  Type your username and new password.  Click OK to save the new Password or Cancel to cancel the change.

 

sTraffic Forgot Password

1. In the instance that you forgot your password or cannot login, select the I forgot my password option on the sTraffic login screen. 


2. Enter your username or email address to generate and click the Generate and Send New Password button to send a new password to your email address.


 

RFP

RFP Change Password

1.  Log into RFP (http://2wayrfp.gotostrata.com/RFP/login) with your current username and password.

2.  In the top right-corner, hover over your email address and click User Profile.


3.  On the Password Change tab, type in your old (current) password.  Enter a new password and confirm the new password by entering it again. Select Update Password.




 

RFP Forgot Password

1. In the instance that you forgot your password or cannot login, choose the I forgot my password option on the sTraffic login screen.

2.  Enter your username and click Submit to generate and send a new password to your email address.

 

Freewheel Academy

Freewheel Academy Change Password

1. Log Into Freewheel Academy with your current username and password.

2. Once logged in, click the   icon in the top left corner of the Freewheel Academy page.

3. Click the icon to Edit My Profile.


4. In My Profile, click Change Password.


 

Freewheel Academy Forgot Password

1. In the instance that you forgot your password or cannot login, choose the I forgot my password option on the Freewheel Academy login page.


2. Enter username or email, then click Send Reset Link. Check email for new password.
