- User authentication process has been migrated to Microsoft Entra ID, creating a standardized and streamlined sign‑in experience across all Strata platforms. This enhances security and simplifies access.

Users will now be automatically redirected to login.microsoft.com and authenticated through Comcast SSO for faster, seamless access. - For End Users:
Instead of signing in to CablePOST with a separate username and password, users will be redirected to Comcast SSO when signing in to CablePOST.

General
- CablePOST now uses Broadcast start day information from the selected surveys. Previously, CablePOST used static default values set by the data service provider. This supports comScore's multiple broadcast start days.
- The default Log File Day start for new users is now a correct value. Previously, the default Log File Day start for new users was incorrectly set and resulted in errors when updating settings in the Default screen.
- Error messages related to "Use Logo" options will be displayed with other posting error messages. Previously, when more than one error occurred, "Use Logo" option errors messages were not displayed.

General
- The "Replace Networks for VIEW OV" check box has been removed from the Defaults screen now that the Arianna Access 97 database is no longer supported.
- Unsupported file formats will no longer be displayed in the Log File Format dropdown list. The remaining options can be further customized in the webconfig file.
- Networks with special characters (e.g. N12+) can now be added in the Match Network grid.
- Surveys can now be selected in the Advanced dialog when the "Adjust Demo by Overnight HH Survey Selection" option is selected. This functionality was inadvertently disabled in v7.0.
- The Advanced dialog can now be opened immediately after the log file has been loaded. This functionality was inadvertently disabled in v7.0.
- For Eclipse/xG XLS log files, the Program Name "Log" option has been disabled and a new "Spot Title" option added since the Log Times Report contains Spot Title and not Program Name.
- The CablePOST title will now correctly be displayed on the Login page after a failed login attempt.
- The number of zones selected will now be accurately displayed in the Select Zone dialog.
- The survey list will now correctly update after changing markets when the "Adjust Demo by Overnight HH Survey Selection" option is used. Previously, beginning in v7.0, the survey list remained for the original market.
Reports
- Footnotes will now be displayed on Traffic Posts using Comscore surveys when no zones are selected.
Data Related
- The "By-pass All Wks Avg rating" label has been updated to "By-pass All Wks Avg Rtg/Imp" to reflect that this option applies to Impressions as well.
- Users will now receive the following message when running a post with the Exact Weekly Rtg/Imp selected and an out of date surveydates.txt file: "The weekly sweep information is unavailable for these spot dates. Please have your CablePOST Administrator update the surveydates.txt file. Would you like to proceed using Avg All Wks Rtg/Imp instead?"
- Networks that have no data in the survey will now display an N/A instead of zero in the post report (this is the equivalent of blanks shown in VIEW).
- Populations options will now be disabled for posts that only contain only Imp and/or CPM statistics.
Technical
- Refer to the "CablePOST v7.2.0 Installation Instructions" knowledge base article for further details.
- User/Admin passwords will now be case sensitive. Previously, beginning in v7.0 when Active Directory is NOT enabled, passwords were not case sensitive.

- A new Login button has been added to the logout page.
- The login page will now display the CablePOST application name in the upper right corner.
- All date fields will now display as broadcast calendars.
- The following fixes have been made to the Advanced dialog box:
- The From/To Dates in the grid will no longer reset when other changes are made
- When the Summary by Custom Daypart is selected, the dayparts will now be correctly displayed in the Daypart column in the grid
- The Overnight options will now be greyed out when using Comscore surveys.
- Selecting all zones in the Zones dialog will now work correctly. Previously, a "Loading" message would be continuously displayed.
- The Daypart field on the Daypart Setup page will no longer generate an "Error:Invalid daypart;Error:Invalid daypart,FAIL" message when a user clicks away from the text box.
- The Replace Network Utility has been removed as it is now obsolete. This feature was only applicable when using the Arianna Access 97 database for the network splits like TOON/ADSM.
- The Run Post button and Summary by Custom Daypart ellipsis button will now be enabled after deleting a log file and immediately loading a new one. Previously, these buttons were greyed out in error.
- The hamburger menu will now display correctly when a section is expanded/collapsed.
- Unrated networks will now be excluded from the Network List on the Match Networks screen.
- Zones can now be selected when using a market name with special characters (e.g. hyphen or parentheses). Previously, a "No Data is available: Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error message was displayed.
- A "Daypart already exists" message will now be displayed when attempting to add a duplicate daypart in Daypart Setup. Previously, a blank grid was displayed.
- Selected report Summaries will now be saved correctly. Previously, some options that were de-selected, reverted back to selected after logging out.
- When a selection is removed (Survey, Overnight, Zone, etc), the dialog box will now be correctly updated. Previously, the deleted item was still displayed in the dialog and mouse hover-over.
- If Active Directory is NOT enabled:
- Admins can now manage users with special characters in their username.
- A warning message will now be displayed when a user attempts to save a blank password.
Reports
- The Total Summary By Order section will now correctly display in the Total Summary Report. Previously, this section was missing.
- The Traffic Post will now complete successfully for extremely large files. Previously, a "No Data is available: Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error message was displayed.
- The following fixes were made to the Post Report:
- Posts will now display the Exact Weekly Rtg/Imp when it is a 0. Previously, beginning in v7.0, the All-Wks Avg was used instead.
- Posts will now display N/A for spots that didn't run during the survey period when the 'Exact Weekly Rtg/Imp' and 'By-pass All Wks Avg rating' options are selected. Previously, beginning in v7.0, the 'By-pass All Wks Avg rating' option was ignored.
- Posts will now display Program Average data when Exact Weekly Rtg/Imp is not selected and the same program ran in all 4 weeks of the survey. Previously beginning in v7.0 the All-Wks Avg was used instead.
Data Related
- Imps/Rtgs will now include data for weeks with no program records in the All Wks Avg for posts using surveys (or HH overnights with the Adjust Demo option).
- The method for determining the list of programs using Program Average data has been updated to use the new VIEW 3.x STG Library (back-end calculations).

- Traffic Post options are now retained when toggling to other pages.
- Report Options and Summaries selections are now saved correctly when clicking the "Saving Settings" button.
- The "Setting saved successfully" confirmation message will now display below the CablePOST "hamburger" menu. Previously, the message box covered this menu, so the user either had to wait several seconds or click the X on the far right of the screen.
- Dates in the both the grid and at the bottom of the Advanced screen can now be manually changed. (Note: the new calendar control to display a broadcast calendar is planned for CablePOST v7.1.)
- The CablePOST help menu now launches the knowledge base using the correct login credentials.
Reports
- The "Exactly Weekly Survey Rtg/Imp" and "Average Weeks Survey Rtg/Imp" options are now correctly displayed in the footer when selected.
- Impressions for networks rated only by Comscore (and not Nielsen) will now be displayed on the post report. Previously, N/A's were displayed.
- Impressions will now be correctly displayed on the post report for non-reported Nielsen weeks when using the "Exact Weekly Rtg/Imp" default with the "Adjust Demo by Overnight HH Survey Selection" option. Previously, 0's were displayed instead of using the All Wks Avg Rtg/Imp.

- Comscore's new demos Adults/Men/Women 25-39 are now supported (effective with Comscore Dec21 surveys)
