FreeWheel Streaming Hub Platform ( Formerly MRM/TVP ) Offline for Maintenance has completed.
Starting Saturday May 17th at 10:00 PM Eastern Time, the mrm.freewheel.tv environment will be inaccessible to users. This maintenance event will last eight (8) hours. The FreeWheel Streaming Hub platform will be back online for normal use by Sunday May 18th at 6:00 AM Eastern Time. A maintenance event notice will be sent to users who subscribe to the FreeWheel Support Portal System Updates (subscribe at support.freewheel.tv.)
What to expect this upcoming maintenance window?
As a reminder, all Streaming Hub user interfaces, all API's, IVI (Instant Video Ingest), and FTP sites will be unavailable during the Maintenance window. Ad Serving is unaffected by this maintenance and will continue to function as normal.

What systems are offline during maintenance?
- Streaming Hub UI mrm.freewheel.tv
- All APIs
- IVI (Instant Video Ingest)
- FTP (sftp.fwmrm.net)
How will the maintenance event affect me?
- Any user attempting to access the mrm.freewheel.tv environment during the event will be directed to a maintenance page.
- All users logged into the FreeWheel Streaming Hub platform at the start of the maintenance window will be logged out.
- All processes attempting to access the FreeWheel Streaming Hub platform will experience an error.
- All APIs will be offline for the duration of the maintenance window.
- IVI will be offline for the duration of the maintenance window.
- Ad Serving will continue to function as normal.
Is the underlying production environment data changing?
No. Unless otherwise indicated in the maintenance notice, the underlying data in the Production environment will not change during this maintenance event.
How can I determine if the FreeWheel Platform is online?
In addition to the Start and End notices in the support.freewheel.tv Help Center, users can check the production FreeWheel Platform URLs, http://mrm.freewheel.tv . During maintenance windows the production URLs are redirected to a system maintenance page. When the login page is reached the system is on-line for customer use.
What Happens If a Maintenance Event Is Cancelled?
If we have to cancel, we will post a new forum notice. Users who subscribe to the FreeWheel Support Portal System Updates will receive an update. Subscribe at support.freewheel.tv.
