New Portal Experience

Where do I access the support portal? 

freewheel.zendesk.com

What credentials should I use to log in? 

Your existing credentials will not change. First enter your company email then click Next.

The Password box appears enter your existing gotostrata password. Click Sign On.

How do I submit a Support Request?

After you've logged in there will be an option to Submit A Request at the top of the page. Click the hyper link to open the request form. 

 

  

 

Click the drop down under Submit A Request and select Strata Support. 

 

  

 

Once Strata Support is selected additional fields will generate that give the ability to CC emails, select priority, enter details, upload attachments and submit your request.

What if I forget my password?

Click Forgot Password from the Freewheel Support sign on page

Type in your username then click submit. A new temporary password will be sent to your email.

What if I cannot log in?

Yes- (stratasupport@freewheel.com) Please note- inquires submitted via email are considered low priority. For urgent requests please use the portal. 

How can I track the status of my request? 

Click your name in the right upper corner and select My Activities. A list of cases you've created will generate under My Requests. From this screen you can see date created, last activity and status. You also have the ability to sort by status. In addition, you can also check cases you've been included on by clicking Requests I'm CC'd on

You can open a specific case request by clicking the desired Subject. This will open the case view where you leave comments, CC additional emails, upload files, and see latest updates from your Support Engineer.
